SPRING BOOSTER COVID VACCINATIONS

We will be inviting all eligible patients for their Spring booster covid vaccination. Please do not contact the surgery, we will be contacting patients directly to book an appointment for the same. Should patients receive an invite and do not wish to have the vaccination, please let us know and your records will be updated to reflect this.    

LOST PROPERTY

We would like to remind patients that the surgery is not liable for any missing or damaged property. In addition, as we are an NHS practice, we are unable to reimburse patients for any missing or damaged property. It is the responsibility of patients to ensure they exit the practice with all their relevant belongings.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We would like to remind patients that the surgery operates a Zero Tolerance policy, in line with other NHS organisations. Any patient who is found to be violent or aggressive towards staff, either verbally or physically, will be sent a warning letter. If behaviour continues after receiving the warning letter, it is within our power to remove patients from the practice list. If we feel that behaviour is threatening and staff are at risk, it is within our power to telephone the police. Please remember that we are here to help you, all we ask is that our patients are reasonable in the demands they make of us.
